养正合剂的免疫调节作用

Immunomodulating Activity of Yang Zheng He Ji

摘要: 实验表明养正合剂１５，３０ｇ／ｋｇ（ｉｇ）显著升高正常及环磷酰胺免疫抑制小鼠碳粒廓清速率，增强正常及强的松龙所致免疫低下小鼠迟发型超敏反应；３０ｇ／ｋｇ升高环磷酰胺免疫抑制小鼠的溶血素含量，并促进ＣｏｎＡ诱导的大鼠脾细胞产生ＩＬ－２，但对正常小鼠血清溶血素含量、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能及ＮＫ细胞的杀伤能力均无显著影响。提示养正合剂对机体低下的免疫功能具有调节活性。
