复方降糖口服液的药理研究

Pharmacological Research of Compound Antidiabetic Oral Liquid

  • 摘要: 复方降糖口服液７．２，１４．４，２８．８ｇ／ｋｇ给小鼠连续ｉｇ１０ｄ，对正常小鼠血糖无明显影响；对由四氧嘧啶所致的糖尿病小鼠有明显降血糖作用；并可对抗由肾上腺素引起的小鼠血糖升高。该口眼液小鼠ｉｇ最大耐受剂量为２００ｇ／ｋｇ，长期毒性试验表明，口服液连续ｉｇ６０ｄ（９，１５，３０ｇ／ｋｇ·ｄ）对小鼠的饮食，行为活动，生长发育，血象，肝、肾功能及主要脏器无明显影响。
