琼脂弥散法测定过氧化氢稀溶液的化学稳定性

Determination of Chemical Stability of Hydrogen Peroxide Dilute Solution by Agar Diffusion Test

  • 摘要: 在过氧化氢(H2O)稀溶液中加入非那西丁,应用琼脂弥散法跟踪检测,对H2O2稀溶液的化学稳定性进行探索性研究。结果表明:80℃时含非那丁丁组和空白对照组对金黄色葡萄球菌的有效杀菌时间分别为192h和120h;对大肠杆菌的有效杀菌时间分别为144h和72h。考察144h时H2O2稀溶液的化学稳定性,非那丁丁组与空白组的分解率分别为78.18%和94.28%。表明非那西丁能延长H2O2稀溶液的有效杀菌
