摘要: 研究妥布拉霉素产生菌暗黑链霉菌原生质体的制备、再生条件再生株产生抗生素能力的变化及甘氨酸浓度对菌丝体生长的影响，确定了原生质体再生培养基的组成，再生率为２９％，三次再生过程获得了高产菌株，产生抗生素的能力提高了２２．５％。
