喹诺酮类药物负离子质谱研究

Negative Ion Mass Spectra of Quinolone Drugs

摘要: 运用电子轰击离子化（ＥＩ）／傅立叶变换离子回旋共振（ＦＴＩＣＲ）质谱技术实现了喹诺酮类药物负离子质谱的测定，并对实验条件做了详细的探讨。通过七种药物的负离子质谱的研究，发现了一种极有规律性的裂解方式及这种裂解方式产生的、具有较高稳定性的特征负离子。
