Determination of Salicylic Acid in Bulk Pharmaceuticals of Acetyl-Salicylic Acid by Flow Injection Spectrophotometry

  • 摘要: 基于水杨酸在pH2的盐酸介质中与Fe^3+生成紫色络合物,在520nm处有强吸收,而乙酰水杨酸无干扰的原理,建立了流动注射光度法测定原料药乙酰水杨酸中杂质水杨酸的含量,方法快速、简便。在0.01 ̄0.20mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,方法回收率为101.5%。
