Antinflammatory Effect and Antimicrobial Activity(in Vifro)of the Active Extracts from Rana guenfberi Skin

  • 摘要: 从美国沼泽绿蛙的皮中分离、提取得到蛙皮活性提取物，体外抗菌试验表明，该活性提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌等有抑制作用。另外，小鼠分别ｐｏ０．２２ｇ／ｋｇ和０．４５ｇ／ｋｇ活性提取物，能明显降低致炎剂导致的小鼠耳肿胀率，分别比空白组降低１８．３％和３１．６％；能明显抑制小鼠血管通透性，Ａ５９０ｎｍ吸收值分别比空白组降低２３．４％和２４．３％。
