薄层色谱－分光光度法测定柴胡疏肝散中柴胡皂甙a（d）的含量

摘要: 采用薄层色谱－分光光度法测定了柴胡疏肝散中柴胡皂甙ａ（ｄ）的含量。样品通过聚酰胺吸附、溶剂萃取等方法进行预处理，采用硅胶ＧＦ２５４高效薄层板，展开剂为氯仿－正戊醇－甲醇－正丁醇醋酸，水（６０：３６：２２：９：４：２），测定波长５４５ｎｍ。本法回收率为１００.２４％。
