氮酮对吲哚美辛贴膜透皮吸收的影响

Effect of Azone on Skin Permeation Rate of Indomethacin Adhesive Patch

  • 摘要: 使用Franz扩散池及离体豚鼠皮研究了氮酮对吲哚美辛贴膜体外透皮释放率的影响。处理组含氮酮浓度分别为1%,3%,5%,对照组不含氮酮,吲哚美辛8h的透皮吸收率分别为10.58%,13.22%,13.91%,13.33%。经统计学F检验表明,含三种不同浓度氮酮的吲哚美辛贴膜与对照组之间的透皮吸收率无显著差异。
