甲氧氯普胺液相中球型结聚微丸的制备及特性考察

Preparation of Metoclopramide Micropellets by Spherical Crystallization Technique and Investigation of Product Characteristics

摘要: 采用液相中药物球型结聚技术制备了甲氧氯普胺微丸，并对产品的特性进行了考察。结果表明，产品成形性好，不同批号的产品及同一批号不同粒径的产品主药含量基本一致。微丸具有一定的缓释作用，溶出速率主要决定于乙基纤维素用量及产品粒径大小。制备过程中，甲氧氯普胺与乙基纤维素间可能形成了氢键结合。
