洛美沙星滴耳剂治疗豚鼠化脓性中耳炎的试验研究

The Pharmacological Effects of Lomefloxacin Otic Solution

  • 摘要: 采用中耳腔内注射细菌法，制成动物急性化脓性中耳炎模型。观察了洛美沙星滴耳剂对动物化脓性中耳炎的试验疗效。结果表明，本制剂对金黄色葡萄球菌或绿脓杆菌引起的豚鼠化脓性中耳炎均有显著的治疗作用，效果优于２．５％氯霉素滴耳液，试验结果提示：洛美沙星滴耳液浓度以０．３％为宜。

     

    Abstract: The antibacterial activity of a Lomefloxacin otic solution against the animal infection experimentally induced by pathogenic bacteria was studied. The results showed that the otic solution was very useful in the treatment of acute purulent otitis media
