摘要: 采用双波长薄层扫描法测定了益母口服液中水苏碱的含量，用岛津ＣＳ－９３０型扫描仪于λ＿ｓ＝５１０ｎｍ，λ＿Ｒ＝７００ｎｍ波长处扫描，随行外标两点法计算含量。线性范围为１～１０μｇ，回归方程Ａ＝２９７．６０Ｃ－４９１．８０，ｒ＝０．９９９５。回收率为９６．６１％，ＲＳＤ＝２．６５％（ｎ＝５）。
