三十种药材对照品红外光谱的研究

Studies on the IR Spectra of Thirty Species of Authentic Plant Drugs

  • 摘要: 红外光谱法可以广泛地应用于各种植物药及其伪品的鉴别。本文用统一的提取分离方法对灵芝、苦地丁、罂粟壳、延胡索、枳实、枳壳、陈皮、黄柏、白鲜皮、吴茱萸、佛手、夏枯草、薄荷、丹参、黄芩、益母草、紫苏叶、荆芥、野菊花、茵陈、苍术、北苍术、白术、木香、红花、紫菀、牛蒡子、墨旱莲、千里光和天麻三十种药材对照品进行处理,然后分别测定其提取物的红外光谱,三十种药材对照品均分别具有独特的红外光谱特征,根据其光谱特征可以准确地加以鉴别。

     

    Abstract: This paper deals with the identification of thirty species of authentic plant drugs: Ganoderma Lucidum, Herba Corydalis Bungeanae,Pericarpium Papaveris, Rhizoma Corydalis, Fructus Aurantii Immaturus, Fructus Aurantii, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Cortex
