Studies on Metabolism of m-Hydroxybenzaldehyde in Yeast Cells

  • 摘要: 报道间羟基苯甲醛在酵母中的代谢情况。前者经酵母转化后，从发酵液中分离得三个化合物，经ＩＲ，￣１ＨＮＭＲ，ＭＳ分析，分别确定为间羟基苯基乙酰基甲醇（收率：３７．４％）；间羟基苯甲醇（收率：４１．１％）；１－间羟基苯基－１，２－丙二醇（收率３６．３％）。此外还证实１－间羟基苯基－１，２－丙二醇是由间羟基苯基乙酰基甲醇进一步转化的产物。
