反相高效液相色谱法测定Ca~（2＋），Mg~（2＋）－ATPase活力的方法

摘要: 应用反相ＨＰＬＣ方法测定了大鼠心肌Ｃａ２＋，Ｍｇ２＋－ＡＴＰａｓｅ活力。高效液相色谱条件：Ｗａｔｅｒｓ－４８０高效液相色谱仪，ＷａｔｅｒｓＣ－１８高效反相色谱柱，流动相为０．０６６７ｍｏｌ／ＬＫＨ２ＰＯ４／Ｋ２ＨＰＯ４缓冲液（ｐＨ５．９２），流速１．５ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ，柱压３０００Ｐａ，检测波长２５４ｎｍ。方法简便，快速，灵敏度高，重复性好。
