  • 摘要: 制备了盐酸溴己新（ＢＨ）胶囊剂，比较自制胶囊剂与市售片剂的溶出度，建立ＢＨ体内分析方法，即用气相色谱－电子捕获检测法（ＧＣ－ＥＣＤ）测定ＢＨ的血药浓度，并进行药动学及生物利用度分析。
