摘要: 抗生素ＬＹ－９２系由金黄色链霉菌的发酵菌丝体中提取而得的具有杀螨活性的大环多内酯抗生素。本文设计了梯度展开法，选择适当分离条件，建立了在离心薄层色谱仪上分离精制抗生素ＬＹ－９２的方法，从而获得具有活性的单一组分，并测定了其理化、生物特性。
