RP-HPLC法分析白花前胡中Pd-Ia和紫花前胡中Pd-C-I的含量

Study on Analysis of Pd Ia in Peucedanum Praerupto rum and Pd C I in Peucedanum Decursivum by RP HPLC

  • 摘要: 建立了RP-HPLC测定白花前胡根中3′(R)-angeloyloxy-4′(R)-acetoxy-3′,4′-dihydroseselin(Pd-Ia)和紫花前胡根中3′(R)-senecioyloxy-4′(S)-hydroxy-3′,4′-dihydroxan-thyletin(Pd-C-I)含量的方法。色谱柱为ODS,甲醇-水(7129v/v)为流动相,流速为0.4ml/min,紫外检测波长320nm,线性范围分别为0.02~0.06μg和0.01~0.05μg,相关系数分别为r=0.9990和r=0.9996,平均回收率分别为99.53%和100.93%。本法结果准确,步骤简便,灵敏度高,分析速度快,重现性好,为常用中药前胡的质量检测提供了现代可靠手段。
