傅利叶变换质谱法鉴定对硝基肉桂醛的合成产物

Identification of Synthetic Product from p Nitrocinnamaldehyde by Fourier Transform Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 在合成3-甲氨基-1-(对硝基苯基)丙烯时,反应最终产物经傅利叶变换质谱法鉴定,其精确分子离子质量为223.083801,分子式为C11H13NO4,误差为0.49ppm,与预期产物不符。经重氢交换同位素标记质谱确定,分子中不含有活泼氢。通过质谱分析,实际产物为3,3-二甲氧基-1-(对硝基苯基)丙烯。质子核磁共振谱、红外光谱进一步验证了推断结构的正确性。本法借助傅利叶变换质谱仪,操作简便,快速,结果准确。
