旋光法测定溶液中甘露醇的含量

摘要: 通过实验找到一种新的增旋剂钼酸铵。在酸性介质中，用旋光法测定溶液中甘露醇的含量较英国药典所用方法灵敏度显著增加。线性范围０．４～１０ｍｇ／ｍｌ，线性方程α＝０．０５８８６＋０．２７２０Ｃ，ｒ＝０．９９９７，回收率１００．７％。并将此法与中国药典法进行差别检验，无显著差异。
