人工虫草对庆大霉素所致大鼠急性肾损伤的保护作用

Effects of Cultural Mycelium of Cordyceps sinensis (CMCs) on Gentamycin induced Acute kidney Injury in Rat

  • 摘要: 用庆大霉素ip造成大鼠急性肾损伤模型,观察到人工虫草可使尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)、尿蛋白(Upr)和肾指数(KI)较病模组显著性下降,光镜检查显示人工虫草可使肾小管上皮细胞的肿胀、坏死等组织病理改变明显减轻,透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)下可见细胞中溶酶体的改变和线粒体的损伤等超微结构变化亦显著减轻,上述结果提示人工虫草可改善肾功能,减轻肾水肿,保护庆大霉素对肾小管上皮细胞的损伤。
