The Markovian Model C in Pharmacokinetics

  • 摘要: 文中建立的马尔可夫模型是研究血液沿静脉、肺、动脉通过器官回到静脉的循环过程中,血药浓度的变化规律。该模型综合了生理药动学模型和房室模型的优点,并提出了血药浓度衰减的频率因子。

     

    Abstract: The Markovian model C developed in this paper is applicable for the calculation of the blood concentration in the organs, such as vein,lung and artery.It has the advantage of physiological pharmacokinetics model,its kinetic parameters have anatomic and physiological meanings, and its solution can be expressed succinctly like the atrium model.
