摘要: 研制了环孢素胶丸，并对其质量进行了初步研究。结果表明胶丸装量差异、崩解时限等均符合中国药典要求；采用ＨＰＬＣ法测定胶丸含量，制剂辅料无干扰，方法准确可靠。

Abstract: Soft capsules of cyclosporine were studied. The results indicated that the content uniformity and disinteg ration complied with the China Pharmacopoeia. The HPLC method for determination of cyclosporine was accurate and reliable, and no interference occurred from vehicles. The accuracy and precision of the method were satisfactory.
