口服液体控释系统研究 Ⅰ.硫酸沙丁胺醇药物树脂的制备及其表征

  • 摘要: 根据离子交换原理采用动态吸附法制备了硫酸沙丁胺醇药物树脂。用红外光谱、X-射线衍射、差热分析对其进行了表征。研究了树脂交联度、药物溶液的浓度及pH值、盐离子强度对树脂载药量的影响。

     

    Abstract: The adsorption of salbutamol sulfate on cation-exchange resin was studied by the dynamic method. The characteristics of drug-resinate were determined by means of differential scanning calorimetry, IR-spectrum analysis, and X-ray powder diffraction. The adsorption properties for salbutamol were also discussed. The results suggested that the maximum adsorptive capacity of salbutamol was in the solution with pH=2.01. At the varied pH values, the adsorptive capacity increased with the increasing of the drug concentration. The counterion in the drug solution had a significant influence on the adsorptive capacity , which was decreased with the increasing of saltions concentration.
