  • 摘要: 在文献报道的基础上,从理论和实验两方面对在不同色谱条件下的β-环糊精流动相手性添加剂对甲基苯巴比妥异构体的保留行为的影响进行了探讨,对表观容量因子k′及包合稳定常数的影响因素如流动相中环糊精添加剂的浓度与溶剂强度进行了较系统的探讨。通过对实验数据的线性回归,得出了流动相中环糊精手性选择性包合稳定常数与溶剂强度的数学关系。

     

    Abstract: Based on the literature research, the investigation of the effect of β-cyclodextrin as mobile phase additive on the retention behaviour of methylphenobarbitone enantiomers under the chromatographic condition was made theoretically and experimentaly. The effecting factors on the apparant capacity factor k′ and /or stability constant K o f inclusion complex, such as concentration of cyclodextrin additive and solvent strength in the mobile phase, were also studied systematicaly。Through the linear regression of the experimental date, amathem atical relation between the stability constant of enantioselective inclusion complex and solvent strength in the mobile phase was obtained.
