复合芦笋对体内谷胱甘肽转移酶及超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响

Studies of the Effects of Complex Asparagus on GST and SOD Activities in vivo

  • 摘要: 复合芦笋能显著提高小鼠、健康人、肿瘤病人体内GST、SOD活性。小鼠连续饮用含复合芦笋40,20,10mg/ml的水溶液15d后,取眼球血测定GST和SOD活性,发现实验组比对照组活性明显提高(P<0.01)。64例接触化学毒物的健康工人口服复合芦笋18d后,取静脉血测定GST和SOD活性,自身比较服用后比服用前明显提高(分别为P<0.01和P<0.05)。22例手术后肿瘤病人口服复合芦笋18d后,取静脉血测得GST和SOD活性亦明显提高(P<0.05)。

     

    Abstract: The complex asparagus could obviously improve the activities of GST and SOD of mice, healthy persons and tum or patients. After them ice swallowed 40,20,10mg/ml of complex aparagus solution continuously for 18 days, the activities of GST and SOD were tested from their eye ball blood. The results showed that the activities of the two experimental groups are both higher than those of the comparision groups (P<0.01). After 64 healthy persons working in the chemical toxin-polluted environment were given complex asparagus for 18 days, the activities of GST and SOD tested by using their vein blood were improved obviously, compared with themselves (P<0.01,P<0.05) respectively. The activities of the two enzymes of 22 operated tumor patients given complex asparagus per os for 18 days were also improved(P<0.05).
