新型甜味剂天-丙二肽制备与分析

The Preparation and Analysis of New Sweetener L-Asp-D-Ala-OiPr

  • 摘要: 采用新工艺新方法制备新型甜味剂天-丙二肽,以L-天冬氨酸为中间体,与D-丙氨酸异丙酯缩合,一步反应得产物,产率高、成本低。并对其结构与性质进行了分析。

     

    Abstract: The preparation and analysis of new sweetener L-aspartyl-D-alanine isopropyl ester were reported. L-Asp-D-Ala-Oi Pr was obtained from L-aspartic acid and D-alamine. Physical and chemical properties of final product were analysed.
