麦仙翁中促进小麦增产的活性氨基酸成分研究

Bioactive Amino Acids from Agrostemma githago L.with the Effect of Increasing Production of Wheat

  • 摘要: 对麦仙翁(Agrostemma githagoL.)种子和全草中促进小麦增产的活性氨基酸部位中的游离氨基酸成分进行了分析。结果表明种子中活性氨基酸部位含有19种氨基酸,其中以苯丙氨酸含量为最高;全草中的活性氨基酸部位中含有17种氨基酸,以脯氨酸为最高。还探讨了氨基酸组成的比例与促进小麦增产的关系。

     

    Abstract: The automatic analysis of bioactive amino acids, the allelochemicals from the whole plants and seeds of Agrostemma githago L. which have the effect of increasing the production of wheat, was carried out. The results indicated that there are 19 kinds of amino acids in seeds with highest content of phenylalanine; while 17 kinds o f amino acids were found in the whole plant, and the content of proline is the highest. A primary realtionship between the ratio of different amino acids and the effect of increasing the production of wheat was discussed.
