红外光谱法测定乐健素胶囊中二甲基硅油的含量

Determination of Polydimethylsiloxane in Meteospasmyl Capsules by IR

摘要: 采用红外光谱法测定乐健素胶囊中二甲基硅油的含量。样品通过四氯化碳提取后,置液体池中,录制红外光谱图,扣除背景吸收,用峰高法以Si-CH_3基团在1260cm~(-1)处的对称变形振动吸收峰进行定量。二甲基硅油在每1ml含4～8mg的浓度范围呈良好的线性关系,γ=0.9998,平均回收率为101.1％,RSD=2.0％(n=5)。
