Simultaneous Determination of Components in Satongfeng Injection by Improved CPA-matrix Method

  • 摘要: 采用改进CPA-矩阵法用于分光光度法以改善求逆的精度。测定撒痛风各组分的含量,结果为:水杨酸钠的平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为0.66%;咖啡因平均回收率为101.1%,RSD为0.34%;安替比林平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为0.58%。
