  • 摘要: 研究香叶醇(3,7-二甲基-2,6-辛二烯-1-醇)作为5-氟脲嘧啶的透皮促进剂,表明香叶醇的促进作用弱于阿佐恩。两者分别可使药物渗透系数增加48.30和82.82倍。与阿佐恩相似,香叶醇增加药物的分配系数,也增加其扩散系数值。可以认为该促进剂的作用方式是影响分配和扩散过程,其中扩散过程是主要因素。
    Abstract: Geraniol(3,7 dimethyl 2,6 octadiene 1 ol) was evaluated as penetration enhancer towards 5 fluorouracil(5 FU) using excised rat skin Azone was used for comparison The enhancing effect of geraniol was found to be less than that of Azone Geranio
