Synthesis and Antiplatelet Aggregation of N Acylated Tetrahydrobenzylisoquinoline

  • 摘要: 合成了14个N-酰化苄基四氢异喹啉化合物,并选择其中10个化合物做了抗血小板聚集作用的体外试验,结果发现多数均具有一定的活性,为今后该类化合物的研究提供了参考数据。
