反向高效毛细管电泳法测定乙酰水杨酸制剂含量

Determination of Aspirin in Preparation Form by Capillary Electrophoresis

  • 摘要: 以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为电渗流改向剂,建立了适合乙酰水杨酸制剂优化分离与定量分析的反向高效毛细管电泳法。电泳分离条件:熔融石英毛细管40cm×50μm,uncoated(河北永年),缓冲液组成为0.05mol/L磷酸盐溶液(pH5.0),含0.5mmol/L电渗流改向剂和5.0mmol/Lβ-环糊精,运行电压11kV(-)→(+),柱上检测UV210nm,0.02aufs。以磺基水杨酸为内标,测得乙酰水杨酸浓度在0.05~0.25mg/ml范围内与样品峰面积比的线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9994,平均回收率为97.22%,日内RSD低于0.96%,日间RSD低于2.6%。
