Selection of the Optimum Solvent System for Thin Layer Chromatography of Agastache rugosus Volatile Oil with the Aid of a Computer

  • 摘要: 运用均匀设计，以改进加权单纯形法为手段，在计算机辅助下研究了藿香挥发油薄层色谱溶剂系统的最优化。分别通过四因素和三因素试验选择溶剂组分和配比，共用１８次实验，确定最佳溶剂系统为醋酸乙酯乙醚石油醚（０．０８∶０．２９∶４．６３）。
