摘要: 运用高效毛细管电泳（ＨＰＣＥ）成功地拆分了布洛芬对映异构体。以２０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸盐为运行缓冲液（ｐＨ７．１），５０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌβ－ＣＤ和３０ｍｍｏｌ／ＬＳＤＣ为手性选择剂；运行电压１２ｋＶ，负极端２１４ｎｍ检测。布洛芬对映体的加样回收率分别为９７．８％和１０１．４％，ＲＳＤ分别为０．１４％和０．２６％。
