LC/MS Analysis of Degradation Products of Clarithromycin

  • 摘要: 采用高效液相色谱/电喷雾离子化质谱法分离并测定了克拉霉素在酸、碱、光照以及氧化条件下的降解产物。结果表明:克拉霉素在酸性条件下主要分解途径为水解去一分子克拉啶糖;在碱性条件下分解产物有:克拉霉素的同分异构体、脱水产物以及内酯开环和分解产物;在氧化条件下形成过氧化物;在光照条件下则较为稳定。分解产物结构分析未见文献报道
