Study on Isolation and Purification of Epidermal Growth Factor(EGF) by Using CM FF Ion Absorbant

  • 摘要: 采用国产阳离子交换树脂，从雄性小鼠的颌小腺中分离、纯化表皮生长因子（ＥＧＦ）。实验结果表明，两步ＣＭ－ＦＦ柱层析吸附ＥＧＦ的最佳流速和最适ｐＨ分别为：柱１，０．５ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ，ｐＨ５．５，柱０．３ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ，ｐＨ４．０ＣＭ－ＦＦ柱Ⅱ的最佳解析剂为０．２ｍｏｌ／ＬＮａＣｌ溶液。ＣＭ－ＦＦ在分离、纯化ＥＧＦ中的效果与ＣＭ－３２是基本相似的。
