Chemoenzymatic Synthesis of D p Hydroxyphenylgycine

摘要: 采用乙二醛、苯酚和尿素为原料化学合成底物ＤＬ－对羟基苯乙内酰脲。以沟槽假单孢菌ＣＰＵ１６２８或放线形土壤杆菌ＣＰＵ１２１１为酶源，将ＤＬ－对羟基苯乙内酰脲生物转化为Ｄ－对羟基苯甘氨酸，产率分别为８６％和８０％。
