HPLC/ESI-MS Analysis of Oligosaccharides as 1-Phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone Derivatives

  • 摘要: 采用麦芽糖、麦芽三糖至麦芽七糖作为标准化合物,1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡咯唑酮衍生化,HPLC/ESI-MS分离及结构分析。结果表明反相液相色谱能将该寡糖衍生物较好地分离;ESI响应强,准分子离子峰为基峰;源内碰撞诱导解离质谱图上有寡糖的序列信息。实验为进一步分析生物体内的寡糖提供了研究方法。

     

    Abstract: The 1-phenyl- 3- methyl- 5- pyrazolone derivatives of reducing oligosaccharides, maltose to maltoheptaose, were investigated using HPLC/ESLMS. The derivatives could be well separated in ODS column. It also gave good response signals in the online electros
