微乳增敏分光光度法测定天麻制剂中的微量锌

Sensitizing Spectrophotometric Determination of Trace Zinc in Preparation of Rhizoma Gastrodiae in Microemulsion Medium

摘要: 本文研究了以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵（CTMAB）－正戊醇－正庚烷－水组成的阳离子型O／W微乳液为介质，以4－（2－吡啶偶氮）间苯二酚（PAR）为显色剂，用分光光度法直接测定天麻制剂中的微量锌含量，方法灵敏、准确、简便。其增敏效果与相应的胶束体系比较更加明显。
