  • 摘要: 陈皮提取物可清除次黄嘌呤－黄嘌呤氧化酶系统产生的O-2和Fenton反应产生的OH－，并能抑制氧自由基发生系统（FRGS）诱导的小鼠心肌匀浆组织脂质过氧化作用，表明陈皮提取物具有抗氧化作用。
