Determination of Trace Arsenic in Spirulina plaensis Tablets by Flow Injection Hydride Generation Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 螺旋藻片是由颤藻科原生生物钝顶螺旋藻Spirulinaplaensis的干燥藻体制成的制剂。螺旋藻含有丰富的营养成分,具有益气养血,健脾化痰,调节机体免疫功能。用于病后体虚,血小板低下,高血脂症,以及肿瘤化疗后引致免疫功能低下的辅助治疗。为了更好地控制产品的质量,我们参考文献1,2,对其有害元素砷的含量测定方法进行了研究。1实验部分1.1仪器与条件岛津AA-670G原子吸收分光光度计,岛津砷空心阴极灯;WHG-102A型流动注射氢化物发生器以及电加热T型石英管(145mm×8mm)(北京瀚时制作所研制);0~250V可变交流变压器。检测…
