  • 摘要: 以咔唑酮(2)为原料通过一锅煮新工艺可直接制备蒽丹西酮。为研究其反应机理,先通过实验制备曼尼希反应中间体(3),再与咔唑酮反应制得蒽丹西酮(1),为新工艺的曼尼希反应机理提供了证据。
