Determination of the Enantiomeric Composition of Naproxen by NMR with a Chiral Lanthanide Shift Reagents

  • 摘要: 利用手性镧系位移试剂Ｅｕ（ＴＦＣ）３的作用，测定萘普生甲酯化衍生物的１ＨＮＭＲ谱来确定萘普生对映体相对含量。在样品浓度为０．１７ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，位移试剂和被测样品摩尔比为０．３１８附近时，定量信号峰ＣＯＯＣＨ３的对映体化学位移差值Δ（Δδ）为５．４Ｈｚ。平均回收率１００．８％，ＲＳＤ为１．３１％（ｎ＝４）。
