顺式和反式番红花甙的高效液相色谱分离及活性研究

Separation of Trans and Cis Crocin in Saffron Using HPLC and Study on Their Pharmacological Activities

  • 摘要: 报道了用分段改变洗脱液浓度的方法,将反式番红花甙和顺式番红花甙类化合物进行HPLC分离。本法以Nova-PakC18(3.9mm×150mm,4μ)柱为固定相,甲醇-水(1%HAc)1ml/min进行梯度洗脱,在440nm,308nm,250nm波长下同时检测,番红花酸(crocetin)、四种反式番红花甙(trans-crocins)和顺式番红花甙(cis-crocins)得到了较好的分离。用视网膜电镜法观察了大鼠视网膜中心动脉缺血后,番红花酸和番红花甙1对血流量恢复的影响。
