Effect of Extract of Folium Ginkgo on Perfused Rat Liver Injury Induced by CCl 4

  • 摘要: 观察了银杏叶提取物（Ｇ－９３１２）对四氯化碳诱发大鼠肝灌流损伤的影响，结果表明，Ｇ－９３１２对四氯化碳引起的肝细胞损伤导致丙氨酸转氨酶（ＡＬＴ）、天门冬氨酸转氨酶（ＡＳＴ）、乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）的升高有明显降低作用。提示Ｇ－９３１２对离体肝损伤具有保护作用。
