  • 摘要: 将NdYAG三倍频脉冲激光微束系统用于含有绿色荧光蛋白基因的质粒pS65T的转化,利用激光微束技术在经高渗液处理过的大肠杆菌DH5α上打孔,将质粒成功导入DH5α中,通过筛选、检测,证明该方法是一种新的,快速有效的转化方法。
