  • 摘要: 将ＮｄＹＡＧ三倍频脉冲激光微束系统用于含有绿色荧光蛋白基因的质粒ｐＳ６５Ｔ的转化，利用激光微束技术在经高渗液处理过的大肠杆菌ＤＨ５α上打孔，将质粒成功导入ＤＨ５α中，通过筛选、检测，证明该方法是一种新的，快速有效的转化方法。
