The Effect of Inducer on Enzyme Activity of Dihydropyri midinase

  • 摘要: D对羟基苯甘氨酸可由二氢嘧啶酶水解DL对羟基苯海因制备得到。本文对Pseudomonas putida9801 菌所产生的二氢嘧啶酶诱导物进行了筛选。得出最佳的诱导物为甲硫乙基海因,最适诱导用量为0 .1 % 。与不加诱导物相比,采用分步诱导可以使酶活力增高近30 倍。
