摘要: 采用固体分散技术和微晶技术相结合的方法,研究和制备了尼莫地平缓释胶囊,采用吸附工艺和常规制粒机械,解决了工业化生产周期长、制粒难等问题。体内外试验结果表明：本品缓释效果明显,生物利用度高,体内外相关性好（r=0.992）。
