摘要: 以 HPMC为缓释材料 ,采用湿法制粒制备缓释片 ,用体外释放度试验研究了缓释片的释药机理及影响因素。结果表明 ,缓释片的释放符合 Higuchi方程 ,HPMC的粘度、用量、丙烯酸树脂号的用量、硬度对其释药速率均有明显影响
